Honk Therapy is the weekly group session. Patients arrive, PalapaGoose selects the music, and the feeling is allowed to go somewhere.

The music is the treatment. It starts with progressive, trance and melodic electronic music. It does not always stop there.

Coconut FM is the 24/7 waiting room between sessions. Somebody is always in it.

The clinic is on Palapa, an unmapped island with a radio tower nobody built. Recently, the tower has begun receiving something back.
